We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Use of the Services

SchoolBreach.org is a publicly accessible website. You may freely browse breach data, use our security tools, and access educational resources without creating an account.

If you submit a breach report or inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge.

  • Republish breach data in a way that could identify individuals or put students at risk

5. Breach Data and Accuracy

Breach data is compiled from public reports, NPC filings, media coverage, and responsible disclosures. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current.

  • Some school names may be withheld to protect affected institutions and students.
  • Breach severity ratings are based on available information and may be updated as new details emerge.
  • If you believe any information on our tracker is inaccurate, please contact us for correction.

6. Intellectual Property

SchoolBreach.org and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OceanEd Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
